This contest is the "Bangkok is Waiting for You" Wish List Contest ("Contest"). The organizer of this Contest is Bangkok Metropolitan Administration ("BMA"). CNBC, Inc. and NBC Universal Media, LLC and/or its affiliated companies are not sponsors of this Contest and are not administering this Contest in any way, and shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any matter arising out of or in connection with this Contest.

Please read carefully the Terms and Conditions before entering the Contest. BMA has the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. Participation in this Contest shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. BMA reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or delay this Contest.

A. ELIGIBILITY

1. Persons must be at least 18 years old as 5 December 2011 to participate in this Contest.
2. The following persons are not eligible to participate this Contest: (a) employees of BMA, their advertising, fulfillment and agencies, Affiliates (as defined below) and subsidiaries and their respective immediate families (including spouses, and parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household members); and (b) residents or persons domiciled in Italy; (c) residents or persons domiciled in Thailand; and (d) persons who are prohibited under the laws of their country of residency or domicile to participate in this Contest.

B. CONTEST PERIOD

1. This Contest starts from 0000 hrs (EDT) on 5 December 2011 and ends at 2359 hrs (EDT) on 16 January 2012 ("Contest Period").
2. Any entry not received during the Contest Period shall be automatically disqualified from participation. BMA is not liable for any lost, delayed or misdirected entries.

C. PRIZES

1. The grand prize is two (2) return air tickets to Bangkok and a two (2) night's accommodation for two (2) adults in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Bangkok ("Top Prize"). The airline for the air tickets and the departure city shall be selected by BMA in its sole and absolute discretion.
2. There are fifteen (15) runner up prizes, each comprising of either one (1) Jim Thompson product or one (1) Thann Body Butter (each a "Runner Up Prize"), as determined by BMA in its sole and absolute discretion.
3. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other benefit-in-kind. BMA reserves the right to replace any prize with another prize of a similar value.

D. CONTEST MECHANICS

1. This Contest is conducted on the website, http://www.bangkokiswaitingforyou.com (the "Contest Website").
2. The Contest requires contestants to build a Bangkok wish list ("Wish List") on the Contest Website and enter the email addresses of at least two (2) friends to send the Wish List to. Contestants represent and warrant that he or she has obtained the necessary consent from their friends for submission in this Contest. Contestants will receive a unique web link to their Wish List and they will be able to share it onto social media websites such as Facebook (www.facebook.com) and Twitter (www.twitter.com)
3. Contestants' Wish List pages will include a Facebook "Like button" from Facebook and a "Tweet button" from Twitter to allow viewers of the Wish List to "like" or "tweet" the unique website link of the Wish List.
4. A contestant's score is calculated from the total aggregate sum of the number of "likes" and the number of "retweets" on one of his or her Wish List. If a contestant has created more than one (1) Wish List, the Wish List with the highest aggregate sum of the number of "likes" and the number of "retweets" will be used.
5. The contestant who created the Wish List that has the highest total aggregate sum of the number of "likes" and the number of "tweets" will be awarded the Top Prize ("Top Winner"). The contestants who created the Wish List that has the second to sixteenth (inclusive) highest total aggregate score respectively will each be awarded one (1) Runner Up Prize.
6. The number of "tweets" used to calculate the contestant score will be capped at 300.
7. In the event of a tie, the Top Winner will be determined using the following tiebreakers within and among the tied contestants: first, highest total number of page views for an Wish List, and second, the contestant who registered the earliest for the Contest. In the further event of a tie, BMA will select as many additional tiebreakers as are necessary, in its sole discretion.

E. WINNER NOTIFICATION; CONFIRMATION OF ELIGIBILITY

1. Winning the Top Prize and Runner Up Prizes is subject to meeting all eligibility requirements and full compliance with these Terms and Conditions and other terms and conditions that BMA may consider in its sole and absolute discretion.
2. BMA's decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
3. At the conclusion of the Contest, the Top Winner and the winners of the Runner Up Prizes and Consolation Prizes (collectively, the "Winners") will be notified by BMA in person or by way of phone, email and/or mail.
4. If a Winner cannot be reached after two (2) attempts by BMA or its representatives, is found to be ineligible by BMA for any reason, cannot or does not comply with these Contest Terms and Conditions, or if any prize or prize notification sent to a Winner is returned as undeliverable, that Winner may be disqualified and an alternative potential Winner may be designated at BMA's sole and absolute dsicretion. If any potential Winner is found to be ineligible, or if such potential Winner has not complied with these Contest Terms and Conditions, at any time during or after the Contest, such potential Winner may be disqualified from the Contest.

F. OTHER CONDITIONS

1. BMA is not and shall not be held responsible for any delay, error or any other problems in the operation of this Contest caused by or arising from breakdown, technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems and/or traffic congestion on the Internet and/or at any web site or the telecommunication service or a combination thereof, including injury or damage to any contestants or to any other person's computer or mobile phone related to and/or resulting from participating or downloading materials in or in connection with this Contest.
2. In no event will BMA and their respective, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, their respective advertising or Contest agencies or their respective officers, directors, employees, members, shareholders, attorneys, representatives and agents (collectively, "Affiliates"), be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any the contestant's acceptance of the prizes, the use of the prizes, their entry into this Contest, or their participation in any prize related activity. By entering into this Contest, contestants hereby release and agree to hold harmless BMA and their Affiliates from and against any and all rights, demands, claims, causes of action, losses, damages, costs and expenses (collectively "Liabilities") whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, whether in whole or in part, and whether directly or indirectly.
3. Flights awarded for the Top Prize are subject to terms and conditions of the relevant airline.
4. BMA and/or its Affiliates will not be responsible or liable for any Liabilities incurred or suffered by any contestant or his or her authorized representatives resulting from their participation in this Contest or fulfillment of any prize.
5. The cost of, and arrangements for, further travel are the Winner's sole responsibility and cost.
6. BMA will not be held responsible for physical prizes that may be lost or damaged in postal transit.
7. This Contest and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore without regard to the conflict of laws. Each contestant irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
